In 1984, after working as an AT&T account exec, Randy Stryker founded Stryker Systems, a software development firm specializing in telecommunications accounting software. Clients included Sheraton Hotels, Hilton Hotels and Blue Cross of California. 

Capitalizing on his industry knowledge, Randy sold Stryker Systems in 1996 to start his next successful business: Stryker Communications, a telecomm consultancy group with hospitality industry clients such as Caesars Palace and the Venetian Hotel.   

Eager to expand his knowledge base, Randy sold his consulting firm a decade later and moved into commercial insurance. Drawn to ISU Curry Insurance’s supportive company culture, he joined the firm in 2009 and currently holds the position of VP Sales and Marketing.  

Thanks to his hands-on experience in building two successful businesses, Randy genuinely relates to his clients’ needs and meets those needs with the most beneficial insurance products available. We now specialize in workers’ compensation insurance for small business owners.
